How Our Service Works
Service starts with a property inspection by one of our licensed and certified technicians. We identify the pests, find where they’re getting in and nesting, and build a plan that may include perimeter treatments, eave and web sweeping, bait stations, traps and exclusion work to seal entry points. Regular visits through the year keep populations from building back up.
Our Guarantee
For most homeowners, it’s not if the pests will return, but when. If they come back between scheduled visits, so do we, at no extra cost.
Commercial Pest Control
We offer commercial service plans for restaurants, offices, storefronts, rental properties and HOAs, using commercial-grade products and traps on a set schedule.
